A special presentation by Newburyport Livable Streets and the Merrimack Valley Planning Commission

Digging deep into the root causes of traffic violence, the filmmakers engage a diverse array of experts including street historian Peter Norton, city planner Jeff Speck, and urban design expert Mikael Colville-Andersen. These expert interviews are interwoven with the stories of real people working to make their communities safer.

The Merrimack Valley Planning Commission is working on a Safe Streets for All (SS4A) project to promote safer streets throughout our region. We'll follow the film with a brief presentation about the project and an opportunity to discuss what we can do in our communities to make streets safer for everyone.
