Showtimes April 11 - 17:

Lily (Barbie Ferreira) is a kind and giving 20-something who often plays the role of caretaker, even to people like her father (French Stewart), who should be caring for her. Her father is more interested in his dating life than in raising his daughter, and when he brashly checks out of her life one day and stops returning her calls, her yearning for paternal connection leads her to try messaging him on Facebook. Instead of finding her dad, Robert Trevino, online, she accidentally finds Bob Trevino (John Leguizamo), a local contractor. As they message back and forth, Bob discerns that Lily needs a friend and a mentor, and that he may be able to help. Gradually, the two of them begin getting together in person, and things develop into a blossoming friendship that becomes a vital source of connection and healing for them both. Winner of an astounding 13 film festival Audience Awards, Bob Trevino Likes It retains the optimism that big tech can still provide human connection and that true friendship is quite possibly one of the balms we need most in today’s world.
